Because of the many projects we are involved in throughout the community, consistent attendance is encouraged. However, we are all aware of circumstances beyond our control.  We ask members to inform a member of the board if unable to attend a meeting.

Financial Responsibilites

Each member is asked to contribute $23.00 toward the club as dues.  This amount is due at the April meeting and is used to assist with some club costs.

Commitments and Obligations

Our largest event is Lunch with Santa, held the second weekend of December, annually.  All members must participate in setting up and running the event.

Each member of the club is responsible for heading a department OR participating in a committee to support the Department Chair.
